Contact form submissions: When you submit a form on our website, we collect your name, email address, company name, and message. This information is processed by Formspree, Inc., our form handling service. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 collects information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, referring websites, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is collected using first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_* cookies). Google Analytics does not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information through these cookies.

Scheduling data: When you book a call through our website, you are directed to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Any information you provide to Calendly is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and communicate about potential projects, understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it, and ensure our website functions properly and securely.

Our website uses a cookie consent banner. When you visit the site, no analytics cookies are placed until you make a choice.

If you click "Accept": Google Analytics 4 (GA4) loads and places first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to collect anonymous usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring websites, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. These cookies do not identify you personally.

If you click "Decline": GA4 never loads. No analytics cookies are set. No usage data is collected.

SteadyDays does not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information to or with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. Google Analytics is configured strictly for website analytics with advertising features and Google Signals disabled.

Contact form submissions — including your name, email address, company name, and message — are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems and from Formspree's servers. If a business relationship is established, contact information may be retained for the duration of that relationship plus 12 months following conclusion.

Analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 is retained according to Google's default retention settings (14 months for user-level data). We do not extend retention beyond Google's defaults.

Your consent preference stored in the sd_consent cookie expires after 180 days, as described in the Cookie Consent & Analytics section above.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at connor@steadydays.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your personal data, opt out of analytics tracking, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. We will respond to all rights requests within 30 days of receipt.

Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
