Vendor pricing models arrive as Excel workbooks — each formatted differently, with no standard way to compare. We built a six-stage governed pipeline that takes raw workbooks through inspection, extraction, matching, and controlled publication — producing versioned benchmark databases with a six-page internal workbench for filtered views and historical trends.
Hub-and-spoke operating system for a global CRE advisory firm.
Information was distributed across documents, tools, and individual inboxes — with no single system connecting them. We built a Notion-based operating system with 31 interconnected databases organized across six functional hubs, routing the entire firm's execution, knowledge, and coordination through one navigable workspace.
Growth system for a seasonal distribution business in the Hamptons.
The client had hundreds of records across a billing system and a separate prospect spreadsheet. With the seasonal ramp 10 weeks away, they needed a unified pipeline and follow-up system. We cleaned and merged both sources into a structured CRM with tier scoring, automated pipeline management, and a Clay prospecting table that finds, scores, and deduplicates leads automatically.
